Purpose:  Township Budget Hearing Meeting

Present:  Shawn Garner, Supervisor

Mike Molohon, Trustee 

Cindy Greene, Trustee

Luke Harvey, Trustee

Mary Sundermeyer, Clerk

Absent: Cam Parr, Trustee

Other Officials and Township Staff Present:  

Frank Sturm II, Road Commissioner

Deputy Ben Davison, Community Police

Others In Attendance:  1 Resident

Call To Order:  Supervisor Garner called the meeting to order at 6:15 pm

Presentation of Township Budget: 

Shawn presented the budget for 2024-25 to the Trustees. 

Public Input: None

Discuss and Vote:  Cindy Greene made a motion to adopt Ordinance TB 24-25 for $1,061,250.00 as presented. Mike Molohon seconded. The ordinance was passed by a unanimous roll call vote. Shawn – Aye, Cindy – Aye, Mike – Aye, Luke – Aye. This ordinance will be filed at the Peoria County Courthouse.

Adjournment:  Shawn adjourned at the meeting at 6:30 pm
