Others Present:  3 residents attended

Call To Order:  The hearing was called to order at 6:00 PM by Supervisor Garner. 

Road Commissioner Sturm then presented the Road District Levy Ordinance No. RL-22 in the amount of $1,288,000 for the tax year 2021. Discussion followed. The Clerk did not receive any requests for public comment. Trustee Gerke made a motion to adopt the levy ordinance as presented. Trustee Parr seconded the motion.  The levy was adopted by unanimous voice vote. 

Adjournment:  Trustee Moloholon moved that the hearing be closed. Trustee Gerke seconded the motion. The motion was approved by a unanimous “Aye” vote.  The Road District Levy Hearing was adjourned at 6:14 PM.
