Purpose: Town Amended Budget Hearing – Fiscal Year 2021 -2022
Present: Shawn E. Garner, Supervisor, Cam Parr, Trustee; Mike Molohon, Trustee
Cindy Greene, Trustee; Mary Sundermeyer, Clerk

Absent: Frank Gerke, Trustee
Other Township Officials and Staff Present:
Frank Sturm II, Road Commissioner
Others Present: 2 resident attended.
Public Input: Clerk Sundermeyer received no request for input.
Call To Order: The hearing was called to order at 6:15 PM by Supervisor Garner who reported
that the proposed Amended Town Budget has been on display at the Medina Township Office
located at 10628 N. Galena Rd., Mossville, IL for a period of 30 days, as required by statute.
Supervisor Garner then presented the Amended Town Budget for April 1, 2021 thru March 31st,
2022. The budget is being amended to correct for 2 budget line items that were listed, but not
included in the total dollar amount, and to add a Park Fund cushion.
Trustee Parr made a motion to adopt the amended budget. Trustee Greene seconded the motion.
A roll call vote was taken by Clerk Sundermeyer: Supervisor Garner – Aye, Trustee Greene –
Aye, Trustee Molohon – Aye, Trustee Parr – Aye. The motion was passed unanimously.
Adjournment: Trustee Greene then moved that the hearing be closed. This was seconded by
Trustee Molohon, followed by a unanimous “Aye” vote. The Town Budget Hearing adjourned
at 6:25 PM.
