Board of Trustees
The board of Trustees met at the Medina Township Office
located at 10628 N. Galena Road, Mossville, Illinois on June 12th, 2019
Purpose: Road District Budget Hearing – Fiscal Year 2019 – 2020
Present: John H. Dawson, Supervisor
Shawn E. Garner, Clerk
Richard Clinch, Trustee
Mike Molohon, Trustee
Adam Gudat, Trustee
Cam Parr, Trustee
Other Township Officials and Staff Present:
Frank Sturm II, Road Commissioner
Others Present: 4 resident present.
Public Input: Supervisor Dawson requested public comment but received no request for input.
Call To Order: The hearing was called to order at 6:00 PM by Supervisor Dawson who announced that the proposed Road District Budget has been on display at the Town hall located at10628 N. Galena Rd. – Mossville, Illinois for 30 days, as required by State Statute.
The Road District Budget for April 1, 2019 thru March 31st of 2020 was then presented by Road Commissioner, Frank Sturm II, as follows:

General Road Fund $549,700
Audit Fund 0
Insurance Fund 16,000
I.M.R.F. 32,000
Social Security Fund 20,000
Permanent Road Fund 690,000
Joint Construction or Repair of
Bridges–Joint Exp County Fund 21,500
Total Appropriations $1,329,200
Budget Ordinance No. RD 19-20 Adopted: Supervisor Dawson moved to adopt the Road District Budget, as presented; seconded by Trustee, Clinch. Discussion followed. Any questions asked were addressed and answered satisfactorily. There being no further inquiries, a Roll Call Vote was then taken by Clerk, Garner with Supervisor Dawson and Trustees, Parr, Gudat, Molohon and Clinch voting “Aye”. The motion passed unanimously.
Adjournment: Supervisor Dawson then moved that the hearing for the Road District Budget be closed; seconded by Trustee, Molohon followed by a unanimous “Aye” vote. The Road District Budget Hearing adjourned at 6:15 PM.
