- The new light fixtures in the break room and office are already showing a reduction in the electric bill.
- Stratus Internet has indicated that they will be installing the new fiber soon. They have been delayed by weather.

Trustees: Luke asked about the new chairs for the township hall. Shawn has that on his to-do list and will order them soon.
Township/Road District Bills: Shawn, Mike and Frank had a zoom meeting with Katie (our accountant) to see why some of our bills are late. Frank will also meet with the Better Banks to see if we can have the credit card bills consolidated on one account with subheadings for each person.
The following bills need to be approved outside of the bill paying system to avoid being late: Chris Ebert Co – $453.79, Raynor Door – $145.00, PIPCO Co – $1489.78, and Neff Valuation Group – $1000.00.
