Medina Township Road District Budget Hearing

Purpose:  Road District Budget Ordinance Meeting

Present:  Shawn Garner, Supervisor

Cam Parr, Trustee 

Cindy Greene, Trustee

Mary Sundermeyer, Clerk

Absent: Mike Molohon, Trustee

Other Officials and Township Staff Present:  

Frank Sturm II, Road Commissioner

Deputy Ben Davison, Community Police

Others In Attendance:  0 Residents

Call To Order:  Supervisor Garner called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm

Presentation of Road District Budget: 

Frank Sturm presented the budget for the Road District for 2023-24 for $1,549,601.

Public Input: None

Discuss and Vote:  Shawn Garner made a motion to adopt Ordinance RD 23-24. Cindy Greene seconded. The ordinance was passed by a voice vote:  Shawn – Aye, Cindy – Aye, Cam Parr – Aye. This ordinance will be filed at the Peoria County Courthouse.

Adjournment:  Cindy made a motion to adjourn. Cam seconded. The meeting was adjourned the meeting at 6:12 pm
