Road District Tax Levy Hearing
The Board of Trustees met at the Medina Township Office
located at 10628 N. Galena Road, Mossville, Illinois on November 8th, 2017
Purpose: Road District Tax Levy Hearing – Fiscal Year 2017 – 2018 (Ord. No. RL-18)

Other Officials and Township Staff Present: Frank Sturm, Rd. Comm. – Mandy Forbis, Office Mgr.

Public Input: Supervisor Dawson opened floor for public input with no request received.
Call To Order: The hearing was called to order at 6:00 PM by Supervisor Dawson. Road Commissioner Frank Sturm II then presented to the board the proposed Medina Township Road District Tax Levy (Ordinance No. RL-18 for April 1, 2017 thru March 31st, 2018)
Road District Tax Levy Summary:

| Insurance Fund | $10,500 |

There being no further questions, Trustee Clinch moved to approve Ord. No. RL-18, as presented; seconded by Trustee Parr. Supervisor Dawson then instructed Clerk, Garner to take a roll-call vote with Trustees, Clinch, Molohon, Gudat and Parr and Supervisor Dawson voting “Aye”. The motion passed by unanimous “Aye” vote.
The Rd. District Levy Hearing was then adjourned at 6:30 PM by Supervisor, Dawson.
